Bartop arcade cabinet kits come in two different sizes: 
Classic Bartop:  28" tall x 27" deep x 18" wide (ample depth for CRT monitors)
Slim Bartop:  28" tall x 22" deep x 18" wide (space saving for LCD monitors)

Fully assembled bartop arcade cabinets are available only in Slim Bartop size.

(No ROMS are included with either the kit or plug-and-play cabinet.  XBOX arcade compilation discs are available)
