Yes. While our affiliate system can help you to create a product-specific link, or provide you with generic links, you are welcome to create banners or links with any logo, image, text, etc. of your choice.

Yes. Store credit can be cashed out at the same value as commissioned earnings

We make payments once per month, often twice per month. As long as you have at least $10.00 in affiliate commission in your account, you will receive a payment.
